Tricep problem

I shot 1cc of win into my tricep four days ago. It swelled up and became sore. This happens to me every time I inject win so I figured I'd be ok in 2-3 days. Today is day four and the pain is no more, no less. But the big concern is it looks like the arm is holding water. Much more the the other arm. It started on day two. Day three the bloat spread half way down the forearm, today its the whole arm.

I was wondering if it could be caused by deca bloat. I just started getting the bloat all over three days ago. I'm entering the fourth week of a test/deca/win cycle.

Can anyone shead some light on the situation?
