    Cycle update (D-bol/Masteron)

    This last cycle I had went smoothly. I still have two more weeks of injections to go, but the effects were very good.

    Using a cycle of Dianabol/Masteron, I was able to trim my bodyfat down from 12% down to just under 10% (9.8%) and maintain the weight I wanted for competition. Currently I am 177lbs, 5'8" and 26 years old. I am attempting to qualify for Welterweight class in Pankration, which is under 179.9lbs.

    My strength gains and recovery time, especially from the Masteron, are phoenominal. Pumps in the gym have improved and my sets of 10/8/6 have been replaced with 15/10/10/8 and sometimes a drop-set if I have the energy at the end of the workout. Today was leg/ab day, so this is an example of my current workout:

    Squats (15/10/10/8/6)
    Front Squats (12/10/10/8)
    Leg Extensions (12/10/8)
    Hamstring Curls (15/10/10/8)
    Calf Presses (20/20/20)
    Lunges (half-set) (10/8/6)

    Decline Dumbell Twists (abs) (20/20/20)
    Hanging Leg Crunches (knees to chest) (15/15/15/15)
    Ball Sit-ups (20/20/20)
    Leg-lifts (20/20/20)

    I'm thinking of including some Deca Durabolin into the next cycle. It will look something like this:

    WEEKS 1,2:
    Dianabol (Naposim) 20mg/day

    WEEKS 3,4:
    Dianabol (Naposim) 30mg/day
    Deca Durabolin 400mg/week

    WEEKS 5,6:
    Dianabol (Naposim) 25mg/day
    Deca Durabolin 400mg/week
    Masteron 350mg/week

    WEEKS 7,8:
    Deca Durabolin 200mg/week
    Masteron 350mg/week

    WEEKS 9,10:
    Masteron 350mg/week


    Any comments/suggestions are appreciated, though keep them intelligent and researched, please!

    My questions for you:

    Why are you pyramiding your D-bol and Deca like that?

    Why are you not beginning your Deca till week 3?

    Wheres your PCT?

    Have you thought about Deca Dick? You may want to add an injectable test apart from the D-bol.

    Personally for me it takes about 6 wks @ a minimum of 400mg for deca to kick in. So when it's finally working I want to be on it upside for as long as I can be. I'd run it for at 10 wks IMHO. All of your pyramiding isn't really benenfitting you man. Just keep it simple.

    I've never needed PCT for Dianabol at that level and this being my 4th cycle of it without negative results (all checked by a MD), I don't think I'll start now. That and the Masteron acts as an anti-aromatizing agent which is well-documented. The two weeks of Masteron alone should be fine. If not, I'll change it next time.

    As for "Deca dick," I'm not concerned. I no longer have sex and won't for a while.

    Point taken on the mg/week of Deca. I will adjust the final two weeks to 400mg/week. That should give me six weeks of each. Thank you.

    sorry bro but that's just foolish, you should always practice PCT no matter what. Your already developing bad habits and the wrong attitude by you saying that.

    as for your gear do something like this:

    wk 1-5 dbol 40 or 50mg spread throughout the day everyday

    wk 1-10 deca 200mg twice a week

    can't offer any advice on the masteron, never tried it (yet). But the above is pretty much industry standard for dbol and deca. Theres not point in pyramiding dbol or deca...and your dosages are low to begin with

    Yes, they are low. I'm trying to stay within a certain weight class and get down to about 7% body fat. Maybe after this next tournament I'll go up one weight class, but I'll be taking it slow. That's the reason for the low dosages.

    If you are right, I'd love to hear other members chime in on this. If you know any that'd give good imput, please tell them about this thread.

    The next class up from this weight class has a limit of 195lbs, and being that I'm only around 180lbs, this would be a poor choice to bulk too quickly and move into a place where guys have very dominant strength/size (I'm 5'8").

    Any advice would be of help.
