This last cycle I had went smoothly. I still have two more weeks of injections to go, but the effects were very good.
Using a cycle of Dianabol/Masteron, I was able to trim my bodyfat down from 12% down to just under 10% (9.8%) and maintain the weight I wanted for competition. Currently I am 177lbs, 5'8" and 26 years old. I am attempting to qualify for Welterweight class in Pankration, which is under 179.9lbs.
My strength gains and recovery time, especially from the Masteron, are phoenominal. Pumps in the gym have improved and my sets of 10/8/6 have been replaced with 15/10/10/8 and sometimes a drop-set if I have the energy at the end of the workout. Today was leg/ab day, so this is an example of my current workout:
Squats (15/10/10/8/6)
Front Squats (12/10/10/8)
Leg Extensions (12/10/8)
Hamstring Curls (15/10/10/8)
Calf Presses (20/20/20)
Lunges (half-set) (10/8/6)
Decline Dumbell Twists (abs) (20/20/20)
Hanging Leg Crunches (knees to chest) (15/15/15/15)
Ball Sit-ups (20/20/20)
Leg-lifts (20/20/20)
I'm thinking of including some Deca Durabolin into the next cycle. It will look something like this:

Dianabol (Naposim) 20mg/day
WEEKS 3,4:
Dianabol (Naposim) 30mg/day
Deca Durabolin 400mg/week
WEEKS 5,6:
Dianabol (Naposim) 25mg/day
Deca Durabolin 400mg/week
Masteron 350mg/week
WEEKS 7,8:
Deca Durabolin 200mg/week
Masteron 350mg/week
WEEKS 9,10:
Masteron 350mg/week
