    Exclamation my first cycle

    im 25 5"10 155 im got the ***** test 400 i take 1/2 cc every 5 days never done cycle b 4 and im on my 3rd injection ....i have seen results already in size and streangth not major but noticably....any suggestions 2 tweak my diet or workout regiment........im 3 days on 1 day off.. i usually work out around 6 till 8 pm, and first thing in the morning i hit one of the musles i worked on at nite.....suggestions much appreciated

    No flame, but 5'10" and only 155lbs????? You really don't need steroids yet, you are not ready for them yet. you have to be able to eat correctly before starting steroids.

    as stated post your diet and lets start there.

    i wake up around 12 have 4 eggs omlet or hardboiled with bread
    around 3 i will eat a meal including chicken with rice
    5 light snack meal includind alot of fruits
    at about nine i will have about 1 kg of lasagna (those frozen kindz)
    and about 1 or 2 am i will have sardines or tuna out of can
    than go 2 bed

    OK there are your FIRST problems in bold red.

    That isn't enough food to make a hampster grow.


    Let me tell you a typical day for me

    meal 1-- 12 egg whites-- 8 oz oatmeal-- half grapefruit

    meal 2-- 12 oz chicken breast--8-10 oz sweet potato Pre Workout meal

    meal 3-- Post workout-- Meal replacement shake with 4 oz egg whites
    meal 4--Post post workout (within 30 minutes) 12 oz steak--10-12 oz potato

    meal 5-- chicken breast -- 1.5 cups brown rice

    meal 6-- 2 cans tuna with light mayo and natural salsa


    thats just an average.....YOU NEED WHOLE FOODS and lots of them if you want to grow

    get rid of the processed frozen foods!! no light snacks meals...you are trying to GROW aren't you???

    Eat every 2-2.5 hours
