Clen and T3

I am going to use Clen and T3 together and am not sure what dosage I need for the liquid clen and T3 from ar-r. My Clen is says it is 30mL 200mcg/mL. For those who have used clen from arr, how many squirts is 60 mcg supposed to be? I know the amount to take and that I should go 14 days on and 14 days off but I don't know how many squirts equal 60 mcg which is what perfect beast said was the recommended starting amount for the first couple days. Also, I want to use T3 along with it. I want to know what dosages for I need to use along with clen and how many sprays equal it would be. thanks for your help.

I got my Clen/T3 form AR-R and i ran 14 days on 14 days off. I would definetly recomend it. 60 mcg would be 3 squirts each squirt is 20mcg.

yeah, i think the clen is at 20ml. a squirt... at least that's how i dosed it, and worked fine... just make sure you have taurine or you could find yourself really uncomfortable.

i'm not sure about the T3, but i'll be getting some soon and will have to figure that out when it comes time.

The clen/T3 from AR-R is a solid product. I prefer the liquid clen myself with a cycle of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for the clen then t3 one week on and one week off in between along with som benadryl. 1 pump is 20mcg. I hope you get the results you are looking for.

that is the exact regimen i was considering for myself. tell me, what of the T3? if you know what i mean.
what's it like to be on it? can you feel it work like clen?

sweet, that helps me out a lot. Still not exactly sure what the best way to use t3 along with clen so if anybody has had experience using both, advice is very welcome. I won't use the t3 until along with the clen until I know the best method and dosage. I bought the L-Taurine capsules from Lion. Is that what I should be taking with the clen or is it different? thanks guys

yes, taurine will definetly help with any cramps that you get. I also like to throw in a good cardio routine.

I haven't used t3 before but the arr clen works great. I have used it and had very good results. Just make sure to supplement the taurine, and drink a lot of water. Make sure your diet is in check, but that should be the first think you do anyway. Good luck with the clen.
