    Cycle Critique

    Ready for my new cycle.

    1-14 Test E-----750MG
    1-8 Andropen ---550MG
    1-12 Deca -----500MG
    1-13 EQ--------600MG
    1-4 Dbol 50MG ED

    Might add IGF-1 R3 in the 4th week--thru 8th. Had good luck with it in my last cycle. Just can't afford it right now.

    PCT Clomid, NOlvadex , Letro

    Stats
    6"2 180lbs 5.7%bf

    I always went for a nice ripped look, didn't want to be big and fat. Always kept diet in check and good work out routine. This cycle i want to put some size on maybe get up to 190-195lbs.

    My daily calorie intake will be 4000 daily, 300-350grams protain a day.
    6 days a week in the gym.

    Moving to FL in july so hopefully i'll put some decent size before i move..

    Any critique would be appreciated. Thanks

    Why andro and test e? You only need 1 form of test. Whats your cycle history?

    you want to put on 15lbs, and you are using 5 compounds????? WHY?????

    I could gain 15-20 off a test cycle ALONE !!!!

    You need FOOD to get big not AAS..... at 6'2", your base before EVER needing to use steroids is OVER 200lbs!! anything under that can be done with diet and training.

    what were your previous cycles?? how many? how long were they? what compounds/ results.

    Not tryin to flame you , but some people think steroids are the magic answer and they are NOT. if your diet and nutrition is not 110% you are just wasting your money and adding undue stress to your body.

    save everything else... Test at 750mg/week for 14 weeks will do the trick no prob. (dbol kick would be aright also) as long as diet is on.. especialy at your low bodyweight.. but since your b/f is so low i wouldn't worry too much about bloat..save igf for pct also, just cuz you on doesn't mean you have to be in the gym 6 days per week, you need rest to grow.. i grow the best with at least 3 days rest in any given week..depending on what workout split i'm doing

    6'2 185lbs? I'm afraid to ask what you started at. Your goal of 195 can be achieved w/o AAS... Just my .02 cents
