    Clen during bulk to keep some fat off?

    Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I am currently doing my first cycle. It consists of 500mg of TEST E / week. I am 190 at about 14% bf (5'10"). I am in my fifth week of a 10 week cycle. I was wondering if I could take clen while on test to keep some of the fat off. I know most people wait until the PCT to start clen but I wanted to know your opinions on running it during this bulk cycle. Thanks in advance

    I would look at your diet macros and breakdown that is the key to keeping fat off when bulking not clen, jmo.

    do you think it would hurt the gains or just be pointless? I got fatter during these 5 weeks and I hate it. I know its part of bulking but I thought if I threw in a little clen then I wouldn't continue gaining as much fat

    Try to get your macros in check as others have stated. Check out this link for a good example of a clean bulk.

    if this is your 1st don't freak just yet. sure you prob added a bit of fat but i'm bettin that most of it is water retention.. might want to try some a-dex/letro

    I'm taking .25mg of Letro ED to keep off the bloat/gyno. I appreciate the diet suggestions the link was very usefull. My diet is pretty clean. The only thing I can think of that could be putting the fat on is the weight gainer. I drink it post workout and before bed. Its the ON PRO COMPLEX 600 CAL GAINER. It only has 4g of sugar but 80g of carbs, maybe thats why I flabbed out a little. I'll try cutting that down and see what happens.

    well, if that's the case decrease carbs in the evening-night.. eat steak/salad, cottage cheese/pro powder/ etc.. those weight gainers contain sugar=sh!t.. eat whole foods.. you be aright
