    lingering effects of lower t3

    whats up iron junkies i would like some opinions as well as facts if possible on the after affect of tren. i know that tren really suppresses the natty t3 , this i why some recommend taking a low dose of t3 while on tren and to control prolactin. but if i dont take t3 at all with the fat i lose on tren come right back and how bad will it affect my metabolism??? i was thinkin just take some thyroid support what do you bros think?

    I personally don't take t-3 while on tren. Why supress it even more? It will come back naturally after your off cycle for awhile. I just do a run of clen 2 day on 2 off supplmenting with 1-2gms of taurine.

    do you run the clen after cycle or during pct/ both?

    Both sometimes. I prefer Tren E, because at least for me there are less sides. I get no insomnia, but i still get the hot flashes, especially at night. For example i will run say 750mg/wk of hg Iranian or a good sustanon like Infar, and i will split 400mg of Tren e, 200mg on Mon/Thurs and like wise with the test. After the tren starts kicking in full (around wk 2 is when i really notice some results), mind you iam doing full cardio with this lean mass cycle 45min to an hr ed (35 minutes on a treadmill 2.5 mile meidum jog and then level 15 incline for the remaining, then i hop on the eliptical for about 20min or 200cals). I do this at least 5-6 days a wk along with the weight training. After about mid-cycle i will start with the clen starting at 40mcg for about 4-5 days then i up to 80mcg, up to 100mcg 2 days on 2 off. If i do orals i will save it also for the last part of the cycle and even run them for 2 wk after my last injects. Iam doing this right now in fact. I just finished 750mg ew of ICN and 600mg/wk of Npp (i started out at 400mg/wk). I did my last injects last Saturday, but iam still running var @ 60mg ed and stan @40mg ed. I been running them for 5 wks prior to ending my cycle, but this is continuing to harden my gains while the bloat of the test is comming off. I also run aromasin during the cycle either at 6.5mg ed or 12.5mg ed depending on the harshness of the cycle, in this case iam doing 6.5mg, which is 1/2 ml on a 3cc syringe. I run the aroma throughout the entire cycle and thru pct. It helps with crash and any excess water as well. Needless to say, running the var/stan and 2 on 2 off of the clen is awesome. It works really well...say the last 6 wks of a 12 wk cycle. I even continue it afterwards to help in keeping the leanness and bf off. It is really up to you how you want to do it. Maybe try doing the clen first the last 6 wks of the cycle and see how your results are comming, by the way i always run 1-2gms of taurine with clen it is a def must imo. Then later in another cycle try adding some stan or maybe tbol. Do it one at a time that way you will know how your body reacts to each one, i don't suggest nor advise anyone to jump in and do what iam doing right off without first using each individual aas first to see how you react to it.

    ya i agree. this is my first time running tren so im only running it with test to so how i handle it. i like to run some dbol for the good mood while on tren but thats not gonna help me learn how i do on tren( i wont do it most likely). but ill try the clen probably on pct and a few times after pct. i am also runnin the aromasin (sin) while on and thru pct. i like the no rebound affect and the boost in IGF-1. i was thinkin about cuttin the tabs in half so it would be about 12.5/day while on then a full tab 25mgs/day for pct. so we deffinately think alike. one question tho i have read that with out a good amount of estrogen the progesterone side cant be an issue. what do you think?
