    delt injection help ? vein ?

    i shot my delt today and i could see spasms when going in, aspirated and no blood came out, the syringe just bounced back inside.

    my question is, are the spasms normal? was also painful for about 5 minutes then it was gone.
    oh and a little blood came out when i took the needle out... is that normal
