    OMG Clen Cramps - Suggestions?

Ok so im on my 4th day of clen. was at 60mg the past 3 days. So last night im in bed ready to pass out then it happens. My right quad starts cramping up in such a way that i damn near grabbed a knife to start cutting my leg off. I have been taking taurine all week(1500MG ED), eating some banannas, drinking massive amounts of water, trying to make sure this wouldnt happen.

I collapsed in a hockey game a few years back from dehydration. I had ther flu and still was playing and wasn't hydrated. My legs did similar things that day. Is this the reason why I was possibly cramping so bad. I mean it was some serious pain with the cramps. Any other suggestions

I think we answered his question.

I know it's hared to see her condition deteriorate, but as long as she can give and receive hugs & kisses it's worth it. He'll take her home soon, but in the mean time keep telling her how much you love her.

    Best to you,

I know this isn't gonna help you but I just keep working through the clen cramps. I usually get them after I hop on the elyptical trainer at the end of my training session. I will cramp hard in my legs for the first 5 minutes then then my legs loosen up and I'm good from there. I sometimes look like I'm constipated or something when trying to do cardio with my legs locking up from cramping. Make sure to drink a ton of water when working out. I drink about a gallon of water throughout my whole workout including cardio. I always track extreme cramps back to not drinking enough water.

Do you stretch before you workout? How much water do you drink while working out?

Depending on your diet, you might go easy on the Bananas as they contain a high amount of sugar. As for the Taurine, i have gone as much as 2g before and 2g post workout. I personally never experienced cramps while on clen. I drank an average of 3 to 4 gals of water/day. I love water!

stretch every day, 2g taurine ed split morn/night, 2 bannanas morn/night, some salt keep it low but it helps at first, and 2gal water ed like said above and you will work through it for sure, i get them so bad its hell and its no joke, i drop to the floor every time and sometimes they are back to back in leg areas that i didnt even know existed!!!
