Ok well I have no other information besides there is a new antibiotic out there that has been proven to reduce myostatin in its subjects. Patrick Arnold will have an article in it next month in MD, should be interesting!

simply put myostatin is the gene in our body that actually prevents/restricts muscle from being added to our body.
