hi i did my inj in my shoulder (deca) and its hurting like some 1 has punched or sommat they say that with deca there is no pain,and it was the 1st time i inj in shoulder but its hurting,i can move my arm and train but its like bruised pain plz let us know thanks

Virgin muscle syndrome !! if that was the first time in the delt, that is why it hurts.....you may have moved the needle a bit more due to nerves, massage the area, add heat/ice as needed your muscles will get used to it !!

so you did 450 mgs of sust in one day? what is your cycle layout??

That sounds ok, but your shoulder could of been also due to the fact you hit vessle did you draw back on the syring?

You should always draw back just to be sure you haven't hit a vessule

Bro,thats not very smart!!!...if you can take time to inject that you can take an xtra second to aspirate and make sure you're not in a vein....trust me its not a good feeling to cough your brains out cause you hit a vein.

weeks 1-12 Sust @ 250/ week shot twice a week 1/2 ml each shot
Weeks 1-10 Deca @ 400 shot twice a week in same syringe with sust
weeks 11-14 winny @ 50 mgs ED

PCT starts day after last winny

Now do it RIGHT and don't kill yourself!!

Oh yeah i know they need be rotated, i was just saying that the ass is least painful and where i go for my first inj. of cycle. The reason i do this is 1 time I used winny it hurt like hell in my shoulder and I gave up on that cycle yes because i was a bit(h and it was my very first cycle and I had know clue what I was doing.
