Questions About Letro

Im kinda a newbie at this. Im 6' 200lbs and i have started a cycle of cyp and deca. Im starting to get sore a swollen nipples. From what I am reading Letro is the way to go, but im not sure how it is taken. Everywhere I find it, its in pill form, but it is 2.5mg per pill when I understand that you sould be taking it .25 mg. Can someone who is taking it give me some advise.
