I start work at 6:30am and finnish at 3:00pm. At work I was getting sweaty around the collar and down my chest and back from just walking around from room to room. On one day, I had to change my shirt twice in one shift. So I decided to take my var at lunch time, dinner time and bed time instead of on awakening, lunch and bed time. It solved the problem. At lunch, by the time the var's sides kicked in, I'v just about finnished my shift. Then put up with a bit of sweat at night.
Has anyone else gotten this side from var?
