Cycle Help

I've never done steroids and was interested in starting a cycle. A buddies buddy of mine has given me these specs for a first time cycle:

week/DIANABOL (5mg tabs)/SUSTANON250mg
1 /3 tabs-day /1 amp-week
2 /3 tabs-day /1 amp-week
3 /4 tabs-day /2 amp-week
4 /5 tabs-day /2 amp-week
5 /5 tabs-day /2 amp-week
6 /6 tabs-day /3 amp-week
7 /6 tabs-day /3 amp-week
8 /7 tabs-day /3 amp-week
9 /5 tabs-day /2 amp-week
10 /4 tabs-day /2 amp-week
11 /3 tabs-day /1 amp-week
12 /3 tabs-day /1 amp-week

Any suggestions on that? I've read that I should also take Nolvadex daily and start Clomid 14 days after as well.

This is what he suggested. Someone on this board suggested to another member that they run cycles suggested by "friends" to board members before use. So that's what I'm doing and I really hope I can get some positive feedback.

I've also read a lot of the forums that suggest test between 400-500mgs for 8-12 weeks and some suggest dbol at low dosages for the first 4-6 weeks. would most agree that is definetly the way to go for a first time user?

try starting at Sust every 3 days = 500mg/wk and do you're pyramide from there

but otherwise, as a first cycle...that's gonna do alot.

I hardly took anything my first time and I grew like a friggin weed.

i dont think youll need to taper all the way up to 750 mg sust in ur first cycle...500 mg should be plenty and i know i asked this same question in another similar thread, but how do you plan on dosing the dbol through the day?

and just as well, the dbol should prob be used 30-40 mg ED for the first 4-6 wks...that sust will kick in around that time and you should be able to feel how the test alone will treat you...for future cycles.

keep the sus at 500mg a week all the way through no need to pyramid dosage will only give you more sides,dbol at 15 to 30 mg a day for 4 weeks.

what about pct do you have anything ready?

ok. ill do sus at 500mg a week. should i do that for 10 weeks or 12? and ill do dbol at ~25mg a day for the first 4 weeks.
