Best time of shooting

Hey Guys,

To you whens the best to shoot?

• Before hot bath
• After hot bath
• makes no difference

Doesn't matter to me, just as long as they are the same time ed or eod.

Usually in the morning because you are active all day and it gives the oil time to disperse in the muscle tissue...very important for something like Prop.

If you shoot and go directly to sleep you are gonna have a blob of oil sitting right where you injected it and won't disperse as much.

A hot bath would definitely help out too....

In my experience, shooting after a bath or shower increases the risk of hitting a vein. You should always be aspirating anyway, but I'd rather not have to poke twice. Doing it after a hot bath, I find, decreases the pain with drugs like prop or winny which can cause major stiffness if injected improperly, or too much in one location.

I find it increases the chance of hitting one and injecting into it, and of bleeding when you pull out (different things) because the vessels on the surface of your skin are larger and more exposed after a shower in an effort to decrease body temperature back to normal.

I would suggest you try it both ways and see what works better for you.

You may want to shoot, then take a hot shower to allow the oils to disperse better and massage the area so there is less chance of being sore. JMHO

I generally don't take baths, just showers.

For something like prop or suspension, I would shoot it in the morning. Your test levels are the highest in the morning. Considering you are not shut down.
But for short esters, or no esters, it is a good idea to shoot in the morning to take advantage of your peak blood levels. I have shot in the morning, and right before bed with test e. Made no real difference. But when I run prop, I will stick to the mornings.
