Mine was like that 2 days after I shot my leg Felt like someone hit me in the leg with a bat. I think if its not red or you have a fever pop 800mgs of Ibuprofin and let it run its course.

Test E shouldnt hurt but sometime you are unlucky. It will get easier as you shoot more

I know guys who say the get horrible pain from test e, and other say none at all. Everyones different and reacts differently.
Try running the loaded syringe under warm water for few minutes before injecting. Massage it for about 10 minutes when done. If none of that helps you may want to try cutting it with grapeseed oil. Good Luck hope it gets better.

I always heat my gear in a bowl of boiling water. It goes in quicker and causes you to move the the needle around less.

my first four shots hurt like hell for a week...they swole up and were red...even my doc thought I had cellulitis (he's and ER doc and barely looked at my leg)
i changed to another brand and everythings OK....have since done some shots of the old stuff and miraculously have NO problems...I really think it was VMS
