I have read previos posts on clomid and it says on day 1 to take 300mg of clomid. That is 12 pills!!!!!! 25mg each. Is this right?????? If so should i split it up or take all at once?

i dont think there is a benefit to taking them throughout the day, just take them all at once. At 25mgs you need 12 pills, correct

Since you've got the 25mg pills, i'd split them up into three doses throughout the day...

It's better to split them up...

Answer: Clomid has a long half life and as such there is no need to split up doses throughout the day.


The only benefit is not having to take 12 pills at once

I don't think it makes much of a difference either way, but personally I think it won't be such a shock to you're system when split into three doses...

Usually most wait 2 to 4 wks after their last injection then start clomid at 100mgs per day for 7 days followed by 50mgs per day the next 7. That is how most do it.

I am going to go 300mg day 1, 100mg 2-11, 50mg 12-21.
