Where did the Gainkeepers Formula go?

Whats up boys,
I have been on cycle for the last 6 weeks, trying to add some strength before my season starts, I am almost done with 50 MG winny ED for 6 weeks and 40 MG's Anavar for 4 weeks. Anyways I am in my last couple days and need some:

1) How should I dose my clomid, in teh past I have done 100 MG a day for a week, then down to 50 MG a day for a week, I was thinking about doing 350 the first day then tapepring down, any suggestions?

2) Can someone direct me to teh Gainkeepers formula or tell me what they use OTC to maintain strength gains?
