    clen and dyphenhydramine

    ok so you use dyphen every 3rd wk youre on clen to keep it effective, my problem is i use dyphen almost every night to sleep. so now i have to stop so that its effective every 3rd wk right, or can i continue to use it and it will work, im pretty sure im gonna have to stop i just want to be sure as insomnia is a best friend of mine.
