kaberle_15, I really apreciate your advice and I am going to take it. I totally understand what your saying diet is everything. Right now im eating 5-6 times a day but not as well as Id like to bulk up. Do you have a diet plan for me? Im planning on working out maybe 5 times a week more or less whatever you guys suggest. Now heres some of the products I have tried in the past if there are better ones on the mark please list...again im open ears and am interested in learning, so if this stuff is total garabage and shouldnt be using anything tell me
1) Mammoth 2500
-970 Cal
-50g of protien per serving
-18 g of fat
-152g of carbohydrates
Expired in 2005 would that make a difference? or is it garbage? This helped me gain weight quite a bit but it was putting alot of weight in my stomach which I didnt like
2) Powertech Creatine-glutamine transport system
200 cals
36g of suger
50 carbs
10g micronized creatine
This expierd in 2005 too but I didnt really notice too many results so if this is junk ill toss it out
3) This is the protein I use after I work out
