    Questions and more questions

    Alright Iv been reading this site a while and finally said screw it I need to join. Heres my situation Im 24, 180 and dont have the chest and arms I would Like. I dont want to go over board but would like to see results in those areas. Now I tried M1T when I was younger and it worked a bit for me but stoped using it and only have a half a bottle left. Also have a half a bottle of andro I used and didnt see results when I was younger but reading the posts I guess ya have to take like 7-8 pills to even amount a inject would.

    So my question what would be a good cycle oral and inject. Im not gonna lie I would perfer a oral cycle since I dont want to go extreme big but still want it to work as well. but If I have to Ill do the needle. Ha ha ohh ya I guess it all depends what people have around my area as well but...

    500mg TEST INJECTED is standard first cycle a week for 10-12 weeks
    with proper PCT. (research it)

    You will gain 20-30lbs approx. If you got your diet and training down pat.

    How tall are you at 180?

    Heres the deal, steroids are not going to magically put mass on you if your diet and training are off. I'm 98% sure that your diet right now is not good enough for gaining mass and if you tweak that you should be able to put on some weight naturally and fill out your weaker areas. With that being said, If you decide to take steroids with your current diet you will not be taking full advantage of the results you could have.

    Before you start taking AAS try to clean up the diet and train hard for a bit and see how far you get, it's probably not the advice you want to hear but by doing this you will learn more about your body and how to make it grow thus being able to take full advantage when you start juicing.

    kaberle_15, I really apreciate your advice and I am going to take it. I totally understand what your saying diet is everything. Right now im eating 5-6 times a day but not as well as Id like to bulk up. Do you have a diet plan for me? Im planning on working out maybe 5 times a week more or less whatever you guys suggest. Now heres some of the products I have tried in the past if there are better ones on the mark please list...again im open ears and am interested in learning, so if this stuff is total garabage and shouldnt be using anything tell me

    1) Mammoth 2500
    -970 Cal
    -50g of protien per serving
    -18 g of fat
    -152g of carbohydrates
    Expired in 2005 would that make a difference? or is it garbage? This helped me gain weight quite a bit but it was putting alot of weight in my stomach which I didnt like

    2) Powertech Creatine-glutamine transport system
    200 cals
    36g of suger
    50 carbs
    10g micronized creatine
    This expierd in 2005 too but I didnt really notice too many results so if this is junk ill toss it out

    3) This is the protein I use after I work out
    Interactive isowhey Breezer
    90 cals
    20g protien

    All these are good for protein intake and PWO but they are all laced with sugar and whatnot. IMO you should be having 1 shake per day max, usually post workout. Nothing works better than "real" foods.

    Also, although you may prefer an oral only cycle, don't forget that it's orals that are much more harmful to your liver. Injectables would be the safer way to go. A simple 10-12 weeks of Test E, ran at 500mgs/wk is a perfect beginner cycle, along with proper PCT.

    whoops forgot to upload the image but you guys get the picture... ok im gonna start investigating more Ya I knbow what ya mean when I was on M1T I was on milk thistle to protect my liver... scary stuff...
    So do you think this stuff is still good? it expired 2005 (except for the protien i use now which expired a year after I bought it so its coming up in 09 2007 )
