    Cycle and acne

    I have read on here that using B-6 during a cycle will help reduce breakouts of acne during and after a cycle. Any other product recommended?

    I know of benz. perox but not about adep. Is this over the counter?
    How long after a cycle and pct did you start clearing up?

    Adapalene is not otc, my doc says it is similar but weaker to accutane. Results differ person to person, I use them just for minor acne not caused by aas.
