blood work testing after cycle

if you had no blood work before your cycle and you go to get it done after your cycle, then how would your doctor be able to tell you if you are normal or not...or will he just know???

what if i told the doc what i had done...then...after i finish with PCT and wait several weeks, would the doc be able to tell me if im back to normal without any previous tests???
