    Steroid Cleanse

    Just started my cleanse today and I'm supplementing with Humilin-R (Insulin ),creatine, and gluatmine? It says dont take other medications so...? And what does eat light mean? Example meal??

    Ill be eating 35 grams of protien in chunk light tuna every hour with 2 water bottles will this be ok?

    Holy near-death experience batman. When using insulin , you absolutely need to eat carbohydrates before injecting.. otherwise you risk hypoglycemia and DEATH.

    I have the insulin part down but the cleanse is what worries me. I need to be clean of aas for school drug testing
