    diphenidramine alternatives?

    In my country there is no compound containing diphenidramine, it became illegal...

    Do you know of something that carries the same effects?
    Beta receptors upregulation?

    Thanx..Is it contained in antistaminics?

    Ok... I've answered the first question by myself.. And I'm even lucky, i can have it for free! Now i just need to know how to take it...
