    Smile 1st cycle - whatcha think?

    alright im going to do my first inject cycle in June 07', as you can tell i like to plan ahead as im saving and buying bit by bit with the extra cash i have, but i'd like to get some ideas/comments on what you guys think of my first cycle.

    AAS:
    Epistane - Week 1-4 @ 30mg - ED
    Test - Cyp. @ 10weeks - 200mg/mL on Sunday/Thursday w/ 23/1.5"/3cc needle

    *reason i went with epistane, really good and very dry/lean gains, typically lower HPTA shutdown/liver toxicity than things like dbol/superdrol/halo, and its suppose to act like a sERM which can help combat with any estrogen in the first 4 weeks.

    Supplements During Cycle:
    Anabolic Innovation's Cycle Support for weeks 1-12 (into PCT)
    Thermolife's Liver Longer for weeks 1-4
    6-trione for weeks 4-10 (after i finish Epistane, help combat any estrogen)
    Thermolife's Xplod Reload
    Bulk EAA
    Flax seed oil

    PCT:
    Nolvadex - will have on hand during cycle incase i need it @ 40/40/20/20 wk.
    ALRI's Restore

    i might throw in some Thermolife E-bol & ALRI Jungle Warfare for shits & giggles. already got the diet/rotine down pat years ago so no worries there, up protein intake to around 1.5g per bodyweight.

    any idea of how much fat/water weight im going gain, thats my only concern, besides injecting for the first time of course. would love to hear some good/bad & do's/donts from people who have run test solo or something similar to my setup.

    evening i have run large doses of test,

    im not too sure about all your supplements, but if you want them, go for it

    test cyop, 400MG/WK? thats fine for a starter, the supplements aside as i am not sure how good any of them are,

    fat/water will all depend upon how much you eat/your diet/cardio and the gear, for a first cycle tho id say you'll do fine maybe 20lbs if everything else is in check? Remember there is no correc figure

    lastly, injecting is fine, scary at first obviously, after the first time its nothing..first time doing quads tho...ahhh i remember that

    21 y/o @ 195lb, currently 12 b/f, cutting to 10% and 5'7. been working out since i was 15, took a year off during Katrina (used to live in N.O.) but that was my only downtime.

    ya im just making sure everything is in check, any pointers, tips, and extras is considered lagniappe to me and is taken into appreciation ya know?

    400mg/wk of cyp seems a little on the low side, but it is your first cycle so your body might react well enough to it.
    Your diet and the way you lift is largely gonna determine what you get from your cycle. Since you are trying to put on lean mass i would just eat a clean diet and try and keep your calories at least above 4000 a day.
    I think you could expect at least 10 lbs of lean muscle if you train and eat right.

    alright, i may see when i buy the test cyp. to get a higher concentrate of something like 250/300 mg/mL and run 500-600mg a week. minimum and commonly found 250mg, i think 500mg would work well too so i may do that.

    every one here genrally recommends 500mg of test for first cycles make sure you have good pct but do you know someone who has used epistane with success?
