time for 3rd cycle! please critique

what you guys think of this cycle?
im 6'0 185lbs 14-15% bf
my last cycle ended last sept. and it consisted of pretty much the same thing w/o the winny and dbol.

1-4 dbol 30mg ED
1-10 deca 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Enan 500mg/wk
7 – 14 Winny 50mg ED
1 – 17 Nolvadex 10mg ED
clomid pct 14-17

You should like this set up I just got off my Enan and deca cycle. Made really good wieght gains and strenght. Didnt use dbol or winny, wish I would have kickstarted it with dbol though.

I see your using dbol 1-4wk/30mg ED.
Maybe kickstart the test E Too. 1000mg the first week/500mg monday & 500mg thursday to get the test flowing quicker than waiting the 4-8 weeks for it to kick in. I love that dbol feelin good state of mind.
Maybe increase the dbol every week. 1week =30mg, 2week 35mg 3week=40mg depending how you feel with the dbol. Each person has a certain tolerance. I started out at 25-30mg didn't feel much, then bumped to 40mg ed and felt it working perfect. Have fun with your cycle.

go over to the diet and workout forums, post ur workout and ur diet with macros..cuz if u've run 2 cycles and ur 185 15% at 6 ft...either u started off at 120lbs or one of the two is off.

what were your other two cycles and what were your gains?

steroids are not magic, if you can't eat to grow NOW, you will have a harder time doing it on steroids

at 6' you should be OVER 200lbs before ever using AAS

well, before my first cycle, i was @ 170 that was like 2 years ago. and my last cycle was kinda half ass. i wasnt eating properly and only gained like 10-15 pounds from it. as far as my bf i havent checked it in a while but im sure its in the 14-16 range.

I'd still go post ur workout and diet up.

if you were only 170 ur first cycle should have got you to 190-195 easy, after 2 you should be well over 200 unless ur doing something wrong IMO.
