I am going to be taking letro here within a week or so and was wondering "EXACTLY" how I should taper down off of it since I am not currently on cycle. I read Bino's thread on gyno but it does not state "EXACTLY" how to taper off of this stuff.
I am going to be taking it as kind of a gyno therapy/testosterone boosting adjunct to my workout regime. See, i think that I have gyno b/c I have something under my nipples (whether it be fat or glandular tissue I dunno) that makes them puffy as hell and it is embarassing as f*ck. I hate it. Should I go all of the way up to 2.5mg or should I stay at like .5 or 1.0?? I need some advice. Thanks for any help.
Stats-- 6', 180lbs., 16-18% b/f, lifting- little over 2 years , good diet
Trying to gain lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat. (almost seems impossible to do) any other ideas??
