Here are my stats:

Age: 23
Height 6' 1"
BF: 11.3% on a hand held one going to get a hydrostatic done this week
Weight: 205
Number of Cycles done: 6
Number of years training: 6 yrs
Last cycle was 2yrs ago

Current cycle I plan on running

week 1 - 14 test prop 100mg EOD
week 1 - 12 EQ 600mg every week
week 1-6 fina 75mg eod
week 3 - 6 HCG 500 ius twice a week not sure about this dose
week 1-16 nova 50mg ED
week 7-12 winstrol 50mg ed
week 12-15 HCG 500 iu's twice wk
week 16 - start clomid 300/100/50
week 12-15 IGFLR3 40 mcg pwo

Will use glutamine, arginine, multivitamin, ect throughout

What corrections can be made and what products should be added...Also would it be ok to run clenbuterol throughout the whole cycle using the 2wks on 2 off regiment.....

My goals are to gain about 10 - 15 pounds of quality muscle....I grew out of the big bench phase......Always had shoulder pains when my bench was over 400......Right now i dont go over 275 for reps still have some slight anterior delt pains but NSAID usually take care of it....Going to really get my diet in check and im a cardio nut so i cant wait to watch the fat melt away.......

Overall looks solid.
I would bump the nolvadex for pct and replace it for an AI during cycle.
Add the same AI for pct as it would help supress estrogen.

As for the clen , run it without breaks using benadryl or ketotifen every 3rd week.
Somebody is going to say: "shoot ed". It helps keeping more stable levels, but it is ok to shoot eod.
