    Help!!!!

    Hey Guys,

    In the midst of planning my second cycle and wanted to get a few opinions.

    My info.
    Weight 170, Height 5'6,
    Body fat in the 20 most of the fat is in the stomach
    Training experience 3 years and train with a trainer on and off.

    Cycle
    1-10 weeks 400 mg -500 mg Eq
    7-13 50 mg/day winny (injectable)
    14-16 Clomid 300 mg 1 day, 100 mg 10 days, 50 mg 10 days

    Diet
    Plan on following body opus diet no carbs Monday Friday, and carb up on weekends. (almost finished read the book underground body opus)

    Goal
    my goal for this cycle is to cut down my body fat without losing to much, maybe reach 11-14% (I know I can do it)


    My question,
    1) What do you think of my plan, What would you change?
    2) My eq is 50 mg/ml how should I break this down?
    3) Is there a need for t3 or test enthante?
    4) I bought 23 gauge 1 inch needles. planning to rotate delts, tris, glutes
    should this be okay, or should I buy a different gauge.
    5) should I start the body opus diet from the beginning or wait till the Eq kicks in?

    1) I would throw some test in there-400mg's/wk
    2) Shoot 100mg's eod
    3) It depends on you, I have been able to get to 7-8% bf w/out t3, but obviously it would help.
    5) whatever diet you do start it from the beggining.

    I personally don't like NO carb diets, I just think it depends on the carbs you eat. Eat clean, if your carbs are going to be low take flax oil for energy. Also you can still eat carbs when cutting just keep them low and make it stuff like 100% whole grain oats, green veggies and black beans.

    I agree......Add some test in the cycle for your base and maybe even look into adding some fina to run with the winny. From what i hear those two are a KILLER combo!

    I would add the Test to it at about 400mg also. Winny, EQ, & Test make an excellent combo-it's probably my favorite one. The T3 would definitely help. I personally think that the Body Opus diet is going to make you go crazy!! I would do a mod-low carb diet, moderate fat, high protien diet.

    your bf is a a bit high so I wouldnt be afraid to use t3 IMO.

    I'd say.....hmmm... these been good replys..


    test, eq, winstrol , t3 and if you can get fina, but in that case I'd drop the eq beause your not super advanced in cycles and would only beable to utilize so much.

    but i think this cycle good make a big eater massive! you really gotta diet to the max with this one and trust your not destroying your muscle.
    I dont think you need to run the t3 to high IMO

    I would definalty throw some test in there being it is always a good base for your cycle.

    Kullman you got the diet spot on I agree with you 110% on that.
    The only thing I disagree with is the addition of test believe it or not.....I do not thing it is necessary for you to reach your goals GX.....you can get some and save it for you next cycle but IMO it is not very necessary

    Thanks guy for your comments.

    I am leaning towards adding in some test for 11 weeks. As for the diet thats still in the air.

    If I add test which would be better. Test ethnante 200mg (spectro) or Testenpro 250 (200mg of Enanthate and 50mg of Propionate per ml)?

    The supplements I plan on using are fat burners, protien powder, ALA, Milk thistle and multi vitamin. Is there anything else I should get?

    If anyone else has .02 to add, be my guest.

    do about .5 mg of aremedix per day and supplement wise you should be fine.
