Hi people, I have just signed up to this AR after using it for several months for FAQ about steroids and pct ect...
Im a 21yr old and have been trainining seriously coming up for 3 years now, im 5"6 bout 182 with bf bout 15 but am on a bulking cycle at the moment so tends to go up easily for me. I have tried different supplements along the way including the usual creatine, glutamine, zma.... the general newb hype stuff like no explode and v12 turbo. all i have found have helped along the way. I use instant whey 2 - 3 times a day to get my protein intake around 120g minimum aim for 180g but usual bout 150g depending on how and when i can eat. My body seems to react quite alot to high protein, calorie diet in terms of i seem to get bigger but bf seem to come on really easily and when i try to lose the bf its hard.
i have been looking at AS for a good 3/4 months and have read lots of threads on this forum pluss many more which have been helpful but alot seem to contradict them selves so i thought i would post my own thread hopefully sorting out any questions i have left at 1st i was thinking of doing dbol but after reading up on tbol is seems like a much better choice for what i want which is jst lean mass to help complete an overall fuller look...for my 1st cycle im thinking of doing some oral tbol about 5 week cycle...
40mg ed week1
40mg ed week2
50mg ed week 3
50mg ed week 4
50mg ed week 5
then for pct i was thinking nolvadex tamoxifen
1st day 60mg then 6 days of 40mg then 10 days at 20mg
is this enough PCT?
my current training is a 4 day splitt with minimum cardio when bulking
monday chest and abs,
tuesday biceps and legs
wens off
thurs shoulders and tries
friday back and abs...
sat sun off
now i dont want to put on huge amounts of muscle mass being quite short think it would look to bulky but from what i have read 10lbs of lean muscle is usual with this..? After this i was thinking of doing clenbuterol to lose the bodyfat.. which i havent looked into as much yet but would be about an 6-8 week cycle pluss i heard it firms you up after a bulking cycle and keeps strength high but was not sure if to start after pct or jst run as well as pct to keep gains... pluss would you still run the same weight training routine with this supplemement as in lower reps heavy weight and jst up cardio and reduce calories?
all your help and comments are appreciated..
pluss if there is any thing else i should change or consider needing for my cycle or after please let me know.
