At what point do you stop waiting?

I placed an order on 1-22-07 and payed extra for the 11 day delivery. I e-mailed them once and waited 4 days and emailed them again. they responded with there it will be there soon speech. So should I keep waiting or place a new order?

ahhhhhhh? from who? if it was a reliable source you use all the time then there is probably a mix up. if it was a place you found online i wouldnt hold my breath.

bro its been 5 days since you placed an order and that's including a weekend. 1 day shipping usually means they overnight ship it not you get it in 1 day.

I had package stuck in customs for four months, I though it was lost or seized but came home one day and saw my package in mailbox, so give more time, you will get seizure letter if your package got seized..was it international order?
