    5th Week Burnout---HELP!!!!

    I am currently in my fifth week of Sust (750/wk) and Deca (400/wk). I also used D-Bol for the first 4 weeks. It seems like my motivation and strength are declining while my attitude is worsening. I just feel as though I was stronger in the first three weeks than I am now even though everyone said the sust and deca wouldn't kick in until the 4th week. Any suggestions from anyone. I really value the opinions of many on this site.

    Bro, you gotta stick with it. Strength doesn't mean as much as your body will look when all is said and done. You know what you are doing, and you gotta push through till this shit REALLY gets going. You'll thank me that you stuck with it when you're done....and might i say HUGE!

    Do you bring a set of weights or a scale to the beach? As long as you look bigger and you are satisfied how you look who cares how much weight you are pushing in the gym. The weight will come dont worry about it.

    Buddy get some ephidren and take 2 35 min before your workout.Your intensity will improve.

    you stopped the dbol a week ago... probably used to the extra zing it was givin u. same thing happened to my bro, you'll get past it.

    bonkers eca suggestion always works for me.

    It'll kick back in don't worry. The prob is that u became to accustom to the dbol with acts very quickly as opposed to the deca /sus. Have u had a drastic decrease in strength? if not then don't worry, the deca and sus are doing their job. Otherwise u'd have hit the wall.

    No, I haven't gotten any weaker but I feel like since I've turned my ass into a pin cushion I should be doing extrodinary weight. I'm 6'2 and at 251lbs right now and would like to get to around 265lbs by the end of the cycle.

    15 LBS with the gear your on now now problem it will come it doesnt matter how much you lift its how you look......

    Time my brother time. This is a game based on hard work and dedication. To be dedicated one must religiously work at a goal over and over again. And exactly that requires time. This don't happen quick and any experienced vet will tell u that roids will not make an arnold overnite. If u build it, they will...oops sorry, if u inject it they(your muscles) will grow.

    I've had a pretty similar situation happen in my cycle,

    I'm in week 6 of a enth500/eq 400 with 40mg/day d-bol weeks 1-4.
    Near the end of week 5 I noticed a serious "plateau". I lost a bit of intensity and endurance, the strength gains stopped. All around not good.
    I figured it might be a lack of carbs and fat in the diet- I eat high protein, moderate carbs, and almost no fat (probably not the best idea on a bulk cycle).

    So I took 4 days off from the gym (plus my shoulders and elbows were starting to feel the strain of 5 weeks of going all out...). And I ate like a pig every day. burgers, fries, pizza, protein shakes galore, whatever. Gained 3 lbs to....
    +lots of sleep

    I've been back to the gym 2 days now, and that time off was great. I've just had my best back day ever and my best chest day ever. Joints feel good, intensity, strength and endurance are all right back to their previous juiced-up levels....

    so yeah.... that might help you out bro.
