I pretty much know the answer to this question but would it be okay to take something small like Deca workout light even though my shoulder is pretty messed up? About my shoulder: I think it's loose cartilage because it feels like it slips out of socket and is just weak. I am assuming I need surgery but I am waiting on it because of reasons that deal with my job.
