How many people on here do cardio while on??
What type and intensity cardio do people do while on???

I do cardio most days after work ( street running up hills ), and i do the weights on a nighttime.

ive done a DNP cycle b4 but i wasnt doing cardio at the time, i would like to continue doing cardio but if its two dangerous then i wont.

You'll get a lot of opinions on this one!
As Big stated, some do cardio while on, but this can be dangerous.
Others do so, but run only low doses of DNP often supplemented with a form of GH. Such practice is still dangerous.

I'll go on record as saying:
"CARDIO WHILE ON DNP IS NEITHER NECESSARY NOR SAFE!"

Dont do cardio, you dont need to and theres no point in risking it your first time. Just see how you handle and all the sides first time around then be a better judge next time to do cardio.

Cardio is a controversial one. My advice - do NOT do cardio on high doses of DNP (600mg or more). It's dangerous and counterproductive. Below that amount, some cardio is fine, but keep it to 20 minutes and not at full-gallop. Remember, DNP will drain water from your quickly, causing you to leech out minerals, vitamins, and salts. Don't overdo it.

During exercise, consume at least 1 liter of water per 30 minutes of work, whether you're thirsty or not. DNP is evil in the way it blunts thirst, while at the same time doing the cruel trick of bloating your body with water WHILE dehydrating you from water in your organs. MAKE yourself drink. Always folllow DNP exercise with antioxidants, carbs, and this is a good time to use your multivitamin.

Does this include weight training? YES.Infact fast walking in the park around an hour is what I do with a DNP cycle ,I never go beyond 500mg.Include IGF in the mix and results are insane and safer. You need less DNP for the same results.
