I have been reading as much as i can about the PCa and BHP..... I am a 23 y/o ex football player who was using w/o a proper knowledge base while in school. now that i am finished with football... I have realized i still love to lift and stay big. I took around 8 cycles while playing and have lots of trouble keeping my gains even with pct, it seems to only take a couple of months before i shrink up. So as you can imagine i want to turn around and take another cycle, however at this point in my life i need to think of my future football is over and being healthy is very important.
In my opinion my main concern was the prostate b/c not being able to have sex again, or a nut would be devistating. so my research and time was spent in reading about this first. Now i am under the impression that the test itself isn't the problem.... it the estrogen and have heard suggestions of taking an anti-estrogen, which i already take while cycling. but if i understand right i should take it... for my living everyday life.
also i realize that i am only 23 so these feeling about the anti-estrogen my be different for me....but take into account that i lose my gains so quickly. This may be an indicator that my natural test levels are low. and that could be a problem that most have later in life.
obviously these levels could be low from several reasons....but prob. my use of steroids. I use HCG 500 iu day/3weeks and 10 mg nolva a day/ during the cycle and 20 a day/6 wks after.... for my PCT
I have never got my blood work done which i realize i need to do.... but i have received a ultrasound....just to check out my liver it was not fatty at all. I am not really worried about my liver so much b/c i don't really drink and my cycle dosages that i took were so small. I also eat healthy which would keep my cholesterol is good shape..... my BP goes up while on and runs in the 130/65 range now.... is that a prob yet.... should i be on a ACE inhibitor while on.... also what things are important to pay attention too concerning my kidneys.
i am just trying to figure things out before i go rnning into another cycle..... i would really like to do 1-2 cycles a year if it is safe if not i can hold back... but it is very hard for me...b/c i lose my gains so quickly. do you have any ideas for me or any concerns that you have with my life style...things that i should beu more cautious with.....please help me fellas.
