    Question what would you do with these?

    Ok so lets say someone happened to have these things on hand. What would you do with them? Split it into 2 cycles? get rid of it? (doubt anyone will suggest that)....Anyways just wondering what to do with what i already have....

    Im 6'1'', 175lbs, not sure body fat % but not higher than 15%, been working out for several years (used to weight 155 when i was in high school), and i have never done a cylce.

    I have:
    8 vials of nadrolone (deca) 200mg/ml
    2 bottles of boldenone (equipose) 200mg/ml (10ml bottles)
    1 bottle Test Cypionate 200mg/ml (10 ml bottle)
    22 vials TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE IRAN 333mg/ml

    have Nolvadex and chlomid on hand also :-D
    plenty of Finasteride (propecia/proscar)..dont really want to go bald
    plenty of clen,
    plenty of t3,

    Any suggestions about what to use first? what to use next? what to get rid of or keep for next time adding something else....

    What would I do? Set them aside and learn about proper nutrition and training. I'm sorry to say it my friend, but you are nowhere near ready to use aas. You could make great gains with just a great diet and solid training routine.

    If I just had to use I would use 500 milliter of the test ethanate by its self keeping the nolvadex on hand but you said the test e is 333 so you might have to shoot 666 milligrams a week which sounds kind of funney also keep clomid for post cycle therapy if you ate 3,500 to 4000 calories with about 250-300 grams of protien you could expect 20 or more pounds in 8 weeks the test wont kick in for 2 weeks though so you should start gaining at week 2 but if you did do the cycle that cycle I would train very heavy compound movements trying to gain as much mass and strength as possible.

    thanks for the advice :-D....

    As far as nutrition and training is concerned i eat about 3200 calories a day and 90% of the time its healthy stuff (except when i get the sweet tooth craving hehe)...I weight train 4-5days a week have done split routines, 5x5, all that stuff :-D

    How long is gear good for anyways? i mean 1 year? 2 years? 6months?

    I would follow this advice if you cant bring yourself to wait. Test is all you need 1st cycle. As others said, wait longer until you have built up more of a base. You will get much more out of the stuff when your body is ready. Also, the younger you start the higher the doses youll have to use later on when you get older if you decide to become a regular user. Im 37 now and only been using AAS for about 7 years. I lifted hard for 14 years before I even touched the stuff. I went from 145 lbs at the age of 16 to 235 lbs at the age of 30 naturally. You can do this too if you put your heart and mind to it.

    As far as expirations of the AAS, the bottles and amps should have that printed on them. Most have the date it was manufactered and then the later date is the expiration. If they dont have that, which is unlikely, I wouldnt let it sit around longer than a year since you dont know how old it is now.

    My first cycle all I did was lift didn’t really eat right but did lift right did really do any PCT I just jumped right into it did a lil reading but didnt do that much I got good gains and liked it but lost it fast..My second you can bet I did a lot of reading and got all the right stuff and waited. w I'm lifted right eat right and lots of port and geting some PCT … So listen to these Guys they know what they’re talking about ..I just wished I had been a part of this site before I did my first cycle
