post cycle help, nee to know correct novol. dosage

im a long time reader but rarely post and threads, but need help bad, i recently came off of cycle of winny, var, and clem which lastest about 8 weeks, abouy 2 weeks after my last usage, my nip. began hurting, and hasnt stopped, i just got a 30ml of novoldex, but need a little help with doasge, per day? per week? and how long i need to take,
there are some really educated people on this site, so i know this would be my safest bet for help,

20mg daily. I run my pct for 6 weeks. But i'm super-paranoid about it. most people seem to advocate 3 or 4.
