Since anavar does not increase strength through androgenic stimulation directly and the fact that it works by stimulating the formation of phosphocreatine, wouldn't it make sense to just take it an hour before you workout rather than moderate doses throughout the day?
IMO it doesn't make sense to take it at night because when you sleep you do not exhaust your ATP levels which is the whole point of having an increase in phosphocreatine levels.
