    ECA stack question

I usually run an ECA stack in the spring to cut. It works well for 2-3 weeks then results diminish. I think I have read here that benadryl will essentially clean the recepters invovled and keep the fat burning up. Is this correct? Thanks

I'm running ECA right not, but I don't know anything about benadryl. Although, for me, I find that taking just 1 week off will do the trick to "clean" me up.

I either do 2 weeks on, 1 week off, or 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, altho the latter I find is not all that great, and faster "adaptation" by the body.

if you run it without breaks your body adjusts to it and it is pretty much rendered useless (unless you up the dose which i don't recommend)

never heard that benadryl thing but it would really probably just be easier to take the time off.

Usually I go 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
I've heard of people doing 3 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off etc.

But whatever u choose you'll have better results take the time off than staying on it throughout

I have done some searches and found that benadryl will help with the body getting used to the ECA stack...seems it does have something to do with the receptors, but dont know the full science behind the matter. ANYONE?
