Putting Together First Cycle (Critique)

Hey guys,

I putting together a 12 week cycle of Test E and Dianabol /w Nolvadex for my first cycle

Week 1- Nolva 10mg/day
Week 2- Test C 400mg/week, Nolva 10mg/day
" "
Week 12-Test C 300mg/week, Nolva 10mg/day
Week 13-Tes C 200mg/week, Nolva 20mg/day

Am I missing anything, I'm not sure how long/with what to do my PCT with?

No need for the dbol, even tho you havent it in your cycle, you mentioned the usage of the compound, no need b/c its your first cycle.

Start the Test the first week, no reason to wait till week two. IMO you should save the nolva for PCT, and run an AI such as letro or arimidex throughout your cycle..

Also no reason to go up and down on dosages, run the test at 500mg/wk throughout your whole cycle.

For PCT, go to the PCT section and research, we could tell you what to run, however it would benefit you more to research and put together a complete PCT yourself, and then we can offer advice to tweak it.

I have to re-emphasize using an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI) during cycle, and a SERM (like nolva) for PCT.

Nolva will probably be the base of your PCT...But I encourage you to look into a compound call Aromasin to use in addition to that.

How are your stats and training experience leading up to this cycle?

a lot of sites say you can use dbol with sust for your first cycle. but in this forum i keep reading that newbies can just use sust for a first time. is this because dbol with sust is just way to much for a first timer?

We advocate only one compound in the first cycle (Test) because you really need to know how you are going to react to it from a side effects perspective and if you throw in other stuff and have a reaction you wont know what caused it.
