    Newbie Winnie-V ????

    Hello all,
I have a few ?'s---I read as much as I could but I have 4 kids to chase after--so time is few and far between. I am just looking to get back into fighting shape. I am working on a good routine and diet---actually any diet advice would also be appreciated. A friend of mine has Winnie, Test and Deca . I already have a fairly aggressive personality and don't want to kill anybody, so I was thinking of maybe using some Winnie V along with a good routine and diet. Waddaya think?
Not sure how much to use, which type is better, how long a cycle should be and if I should start using it right off the bat for best results, or take a month or two to get in the best shape I can . Anybody have good results they can share? I am 6' about 210 right now. I would like to be right around 200 and lose the beer gut--yes I have stopped drinking the beer. Thanks in advance for any assistance you might offer

If your main goal is to get into fighting shape and also lose the gut then honestly you don't need the steroids . If you go all out on your diet which is far more important than training and steroids you will be in shape and lose the gut in no time.

If you dont have time to read the diet section you dont have time to work out and get a proper diet.
You seem to be on the right track through because you have already lost 5lbs since you first post, you said you where 215. I'm guessing since people tent to exaggerate DOWN when talking about weight you are closer to 225?
You will not find much sympathy or help on here until you do a fair amount of reading and ask the proper questions. I know it's tough to get educated with all this information, I read a LOT on here and still fell like I know VERY little.
Main thing I have learned, DIET, Diet, diet. That does NOT mean eat less, eat means learn what should be going in your body and when, it's crucial. Get into a good workout routine. If you are starting out you will NOT need any help besides diet and working out for probably a year. It will be a waste of money.

LOL, I'm sure a lot of people would like to know how to do that. That alone would give him about 1hr a day more to work out dont you think. Maybe he is eating to much BACON!!!!
