Your only shooting delts with prop? That is still shooting an arm every 3 days, which is too often IMO. I just started prop, and I will use delts, quads, pecs, and maybe calves. I shot my glute today, and I didn't like it, too hard to control, and I couldn't asparate.

one thing that seems to work when shooting prop in my delts so it doesnt hurt as much is that I am adding .25 - 5ml of extra grape seed oil to the prop in the syringe and injecting.. for some reason it lessens the pain dramaticallly......

Bro a big warning to you. I did my calve once and only once. It was winny and I couldn't walk on it for a week without mind numbing pain. I've had multiple broken bones, a ruptured tendon, and do stuff like practice joint locks with other people (if the pain isn't enough to bring me to the ground, I tell them its no good, try again ). I may not be Gordon Liddy but my threshold for pain is relativley high. The calve inject is not worth it to me. I had to try it for myself at least once though, so i understand if u don't heed my warning

    good luck,

    To king6 -
You shot your pecs, where do you hit them, how much(mls), and how deep do you go?

I do glutes, quads, and delts regulary but I'm looking for new realestate to develop - I've been thinking pecs and lats. That is way I ask.

As to glute shots, I was told by a proffesional that glute shots don't need to be asperated (provided they are in the right area) - so I never have. It is a shot that u get used to though (angle etc), I did anyway. A mirrior helped me out alot. The glute shot seems to be the starting staple for most people. If you don't dig it though, I respect that.

Here is one site although there description doesn't really tell you what to look for http://www.**************.com/index3.htm
The one from this site is pretty good http://www.steroid.com/inject.php

The best way for me to describe the glute area is to imagine my cheeks in quadrants and shot the the upper and outer(further from your spine) quadrant on each cheek.

    Hope this helps,

On the quads site, do it near the middle and on the outer part of your vastus lateralis. Thats the quad muscle on the outside of your thigh, lateral. I sometimes go higher but I find the pain is worse up there for some reason. You dont want to go too low either becuase that seems to affect your knee somewhat.

I have not shot pecs yet, I will in a few days though. I will shoot in the middle of the pec where the muscle is the thickest. I inject .70cc which is 70mg of prop, and I will use a 25ga 1 inch needle. I will bottom out the needle if I can.

I just hit my left pec for the first time. It was a test run with a total volume of 1.5 ml. It wasn't bad at all. A little sore when I massage it but that is it. I'm psyched that adds two new places to shoot. I'll try Lats next(tomorrow?). Any advice on limits for a pec shot? - Oh I used a 1 inch 23 gauge pin, and left a few mls of steel sticking out (that is my preferred technique).

    b cool,
