Question on my Sustanon cycle

I am on my first cycle sustanon ,dbol and Nolvadex


Sus
Week 1,2:250ml
Week:3,10:500ml
Week:1,12:250ml

DBol
week 1,6 40mg ed

I am at my 4th week and i'm injecting 500ml all at once. Should i be shooting 250ml twice a week or just do the 500ml once a week.

Any other advice appreciated

Whaaaa? I dont get this but sus needs to be eod because of the diff esters.

I have just looked over 3 other cycle's and none of theres were eod??? So tell me and give me an example of another Sustanon250 cycle for a beginner. I posted the thread because i wanted to know if i would benifit more splitting my dose in the week.

prop is one of the 4 easters in the sust.

so to get the effect of the prop it needs to be EOD.

so there for once a week is not using it to the full advantage. even twice a week isn't IMO.

are you feeling the effects of the sust yet?

Te be quite honest i am not. I took my 4th shot on wensday 500ml. Hope fully it should kick in next week. I have enough to do 250 eod for the next 8 weeks. What do you recomend should i do that for a 1st timer? Thanks

Do it EOD for the remainder of the cycle. 250mg EOD is too much, thats 875mg a week. Just do 125mg EOD, that will equal 437mg a week.
