I havent used aas in a while and i dont plan on either but I am thinking very hard about taking one of these 1mg Lyophilized Long R3 IGF-1 OR 3 Pack 2mg hGH PROTEIN PEPTIDE FRAGMENT 177-191 but I havent decied which one to take... I want something that is going to give me some pump and help me to have lean gains.. Now I know that neither of these are going to to give me real solid gains but its better than nothing... Any advice or past experience would be greatly appreciated. I am 23 182lbs 15%bf 6'0... I was even considering throwing some clen in the mix
