    Hair Loss and Letozole (Femera)!!

Well as some of you know I have been fighting some mild gyno over the past month or so using Letro at 2.5mg ed... I can say that my gyno hasnt progressed and I think finally now at week 6 of being on letro that it is possibly starting to work... finally.... anyway... during this time I have noticed that my libido took a big hit (expected side), my joints/elbows are sore as hell (expected side) but my hair has thinned and dried out... (NOT an expected side).. I just did some googling on Femera and hairloss and low and behold a common side effect of femera use is pretty rapid hair thinning.... from what I read its the reduction of estrogen overall that is the culprit of the hair thinning.. It states nothing of hair loss (ie.. balding) but just states general thinning of the hair is a common side.... I also read that this hair thinning is a temporary side effect until the letro is discontinued, so there is a good chance that it isnt permanent thinning, etc...

I just thought I would pass this along for anyone that uses letro and cares about their hair.... goodluck, billy.....

I think this side was regarding woman(breast cancer). As woman are supposed to have much more estrogen in their bodies than men, for a number of reasens...
Maybe its possible that it could happen to guys to in rare cases...Altough ive taken femera for about 5-6 months now with no hair thinning at all...A slighty reduced libido is all I have noticed.

Letro run at low doses I believe may be ok...... but from what I read was that when used at full strength ie...2.5mg (which I have been doing for about 6 weeks) is when the thinning occured due to overall systematic reduction of estrogen......

Bro, finasteride and letro operate on 2 different mechanisms... now based on what I read from my research is that fin which reduces DHT is good for hair but possibly bad for sex drive and other hormonal functions..... Letro which reduces estro or almost totally eliminates estro based on what ever doses your are using is bad for sex drive, joints, lowers immune system, etc... also estro is actually considered somewhat of a hair protectant.......... so totally eliminating estro is not good for hair and other hormonal functions as well..... as I stated tho earlier, letro run at low doses seems to be fine from the material I researched... its only when letro is run at 2.5mg is when certain sides occur...... these sides hold true regardless of man or woman....
