where do you find the "stuff" needed to get started

i have been lifting for over 13 years clean (im 32 yrs old) . i am 6' 238 lbs b/f... not sure but its up there for the last couple of years. i have a max bench of 385 and have always wanted that EXTRA to push my body to its limit. im now eating around 200 gms of protein a day and doing cardio 3-4 times a week. my problem, where to obtain the stuff i need?

keep reading and maybe start with the rules . not asking for sources is pretty high on the list.

Can't be asking sources in the open forum. But if you want to push yourself to your natural limits, try the diet forum. Only 200 grams of protein per day at your size is not enough. I'm guessing by that, the rest of your diet isn't what it should be. Take a look over there and see who can give you advice on how to fix that.
