    Should i be contemplating a cycle?

    I will be turning 22 in two weeks time.

    I have been training seriously for about 3 years but all up about 5 years.

    I was originally a hardgainer and only weighed 147lbs at the age of 18.

    I managed to build myself up to 191lbs over the past 3 years and i am sitting at that weight now with about 12-13% body fat.

    I have been this weight for about 4 months now and dont seem to be maing any progress. (Well not as fast as i have been anyway)

    My goal is to get to just over 200lbs and around 8-10% fat.

    Should i be thinking about a cycle of AS?

    Have i reached my genetic potential?

    I dont think you've reached your genetic potential, but there is no way we can actually tell. Have you checked out the diet forum? Is your diet really in check to get the most out of your gains? I used to think I had a great diet, then reality hit me, and I was nowhere near it. You can make major gains w/ diet alone, and also even w/ a change-up in training. It's hard to say about your training, when I have no clue what yours is like.

    i think you may be ready for a nice lil test-only cycle.. however gaining 10+pounds and loosing 3-4% BFmay be tough even for the most knowledgeable bros.. but you can easily gain 10, 15, 20 lbs based on diet with no serious increase in BF.. with that said you will look much better.. remember: training, juice, rest=20% DIET=80% so do your diet research and don't slack if you want the most from your cycle!

    For the 4 months you have been stuck at the same weight have you mixed up your training and diet? Try tweaking some things and see if you make any new gains before jumping straight into a cycle.

    Yes i have. Tried it all. Diet, Rest, Supersets, Tri-sets Giant sets, the works!!!

    Dont get me wrong gains are comin, but very slowly for the amount of effort i am putting in.

    I'm currently on a bulking diet. Eating 5 times a day with 3 shakes in between with carbs. 5k+ calories per day. multi vitamin/mineral, ***** 3+6, etc.

    workout as follows.

    mondays: chest/back supersets (intense!)

    tuesday: Shoulders/Traps

    Wed: Rest

    Thursday: Legs (When i can be bothered, otherwise rest)

    Friday: Arms,

    Sat:chest/back supersets (intense!)

    Sunday: Rest


    Am i ready for a cycle?

    What else can i do??

    Well dude you can do whatever you want no one on here is your daddy. There are lots of other people asking about cycling who aren't nearly as "ready" as you are. If you think you are ready then do it.

    1st timer cycle looks like test e at 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks + PCT.

    I KNOW THEY ARE BAD FOR YA BUT WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND??

    Cant help you there I have never considered doing an oral only cycle so I dont know what to recommend.

    Not even worth it dude, my dumb ass friend did an 8 week cycle of d-bol only and it did nothing for him except bloat him up and make his dumb ass look puffy.

    You will hear different opinions on the board whether an oral cycle is good or bad the majority of people say its not worth the time or money. Just something to think about before hand.

    your not going to get the results you want from an oral only cycle.... especially with the orals that you have listed in your other thread

    test test test.... test is the best!! believe me i have done cycles without test as a base and they don't even compare to having test in a cycle... mentally and physically ull love test!

    juiced is right... you will not get the gains you are hoping for with orals.. stick around on this forum and you should get in the right dierection.... not saying for you to ask for soucres as thats against bored rules..

    Maybe you need to reassess your diet...I'm sure at your age and stats, with proper nutrition, there is room for improvement before the use of any AAS should be taken into consideration.

    Everyone talks about training to your full natural potential before using AAS but the truth is, so little of us really do. With your stats and prior training you should be good to go if you are serious enough about this. Just make sure you do your research, this is a great place to get advice from.
