I will be turning 22 in two weeks time.
I have been training seriously for about 3 years but all up about 5 years.
I was originally a hardgainer and only weighed 147lbs at the age of 18.
I managed to build myself up to 191lbs over the past 3 years and i am sitting at that weight now with about 12-13% body fat.
I have been this weight for about 4 months now and dont seem to be maing any progress. (Well not as fast as i have been anyway)
My goal is to get to just over 200lbs and around 8-10% fat.
Should i be thinking about a cycle of AS?
Have i reached my genetic potential?
