Just to let everyone know I am more confused now than I was b4 I joined this forum.. I'm not very good with numbers so the dosage and length is really confusing me, on the pct. I know what I want, I just don't know how to tell my source how much pct I need so I'm going to wait a little longer to figure this stuff out. Thought about doing some sust 250 w deca, but still need to do some investigating. 5-11. 190lbs, 32, not sure bf and been lifting about 4 years. First cycle. Not asking what to run cause I know the answers are on here I just need to do some more reasearch. My question now is in my cardio(6 days a week) my hr is usually averaging around 145 for an hour, do I need to lower this to maybe 130s if I do a cycle?
