you might wana put on alittle more weight naturally before starting up on the sauce.... u wana hit your natural peak before you start using performance enhancing drugs such as steroids ... this isn't the magic pill

160lbs at 6ft you're a bloody chopstick! Been lifting for 4 years? Yeah right. You might wanna get off the steroid board, make a run straight for the Diet and Training section, and eat as you read ALL of that valuable information!

save your money on the 'tine and 'boosters and buy some extra chicken, tuna and good stuff and eat 4500+ good cals a day...a 6' @ 160lbs you should be able to put on a dozen or two pounds naturally... easy..

He's also 18 years old not to mention, forget it kid. Hit the gym hard, get your diet intact, keep it natty for atleast the next 3-4 years. You should be around 225lbs by then IF done right, at which point you will be ready for steroids . Starting a cycle now might shoot you up to 180lbs or so, but you will lose it anyway so what's the point, and what's worse you will damage/shut down your endocrine system at your age, think about it.

Diet is 90% of the equation. If you weigh 160 after 4 years lifting then your diet is seriously wrong. You dont need gear you need to educate yourself and eat properly,
