Do you know (either ON or OFF AS), what your urine color should be??
Sombody said if the urine is dark yellow that means our body isnt digesting enough nutrients from the food/liquids, and that the color should be clear.
Does anybody know what color it should be Clear? or yellow ?
Should be as light as possible if you drink enough water. Some multivitamins will make your piss a heavy yellow because there's so many nutrients in it.

If your drinking at least a gallon a day off cycle, you should be fine.
During your cycle(especially on orals), I would do 2+ gallons because of the added stress to the kidney and liver from the gear, increase in supps., and increase in food consumption.
your urine will also be bright yellow if you have excess vitamins in your system.
Personally, I like the neon yellow colored urine the best. I've also been told that its from the multi vitimin. This is one of the few things I feel confident posting about, I mean after all its just piss.
If everything is running smooth and your drinkin a lot of water it should be almost clear like water.
